Warranty Policy

At Best Glass Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. All hardware items sold by us are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

What the Warranty Covers


The manufacturer warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. This includes issues such as:
• Manufacturing defects
• Structural or mechanical failure due to faulty materials
• Premature corrosion or finish defects under normal indoor conditions

If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover


This warranty does not cover:
• Broken glass or broken hardware due to impact, mishandling, or improper use
• Damage caused during shipping, installation, or removal
• Improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or modification of the product
• Damage caused by cleaning products, chemicals, or harsh environments

Broken or damaged products are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Period
• Warranty duration: 5 years from the date of purchase
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
