At Best Glass Parts, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return becomes necessary. Eligibility
- Item condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.
Return Process

- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- Tracking & insurance recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
- Liability: Best Glass Parts is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund.
