Return Policy — Best Glass Parts

At Best Glass Parts, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return becomes necessary. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and accommodating to your needs. Please review the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Item condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@bestglassparts.ca.
  2. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or refused.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • Tracking & insurance recommended: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns.
  • Liability: Best Glass Parts is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund.
