To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bestglassparts.ca . They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA- Return Authorization) number.

Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
