At Best Glass Parts, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return becomes necessary. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and accommodating to your needs. Please familiarize yourself with the following guidelines:

1. Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. Return Process:

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@bestglassparts.ca . They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization (RA- Return Authorization) number.

• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

3. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Best Glass Parts is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

4. Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund.
